What to send
Your notice should include the following to be effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3): (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works); (3) identification of the infringing material and its location on our site, with enough detail for us to find it; (4) your contact information (name, Worldwide (online service), telephone number, email); (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Email dmca@nypko.com. We acknowledge receipt within one business day and process valid notices within five business days.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed (or access was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. §512(g). Send the same contact information listed above, with the counter-notice elements required by the statute. We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and, absent a lawsuit within 10–14 business days, may restore the removed material at our discretion.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to terminate accounts or block access for users who are repeat infringers, in line with our Terms of Service.
Misuse
Knowingly false claims of infringement may subject the claimant to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). Please make sure you have a good-faith basis before submitting a notice.
